So in my opinion fitness is not just physical I feel like mental fitness is also a very huge factor so what are some things that you guys do to improve your mental health for me I like to do a lot of meditating and journaling or just hanging out friends and letting loose and not necessarily always in the gym but wanted to know you guys to start
I also like to practice meditation I do guided meditations and I'd like to get outside get into the fresh air I like to like shut my phone off or like completely hide it for myself and you know I'm kind of step away from social media for a while I find that to be super helpful
I definitely go for walks like a journal I say positive affirmations try to connect with nature I'm just trying to do a lot of things that kind of make me happy to get my mind off of things you know because overthinking can definitely just liter depression and just a whole lot anxiety so yeah definitely getting out a nature sun gazing and just trying to think about the better parts of life
I love journaling, listening to music, working out, seeing friends, eating good food, sleeping is a good thing. Yeah, just kind of keeping it to myself and then when I feel better going out and hanging out with others as well and doing fun things.
I totally agree. I would say journaling is one of the things that I want to start doing it, but I'm not so sure about the structure on how to do it like in a daily basis.
Me personally if I wanted to improve my mental health I want to get fucked by so many guys every night and I wanna put **** to face products on my face to look better or said God damn make up so like me personally if I want to improve my mental health I would encourage myself to look good with all the wood killed all my career is to like jump in a pool or get like a baby boy by my base
I take that back. I'm sorry. I'm like, I'm like, yeah, I didn't I didn't mean it. That's the misunderstanding on my part. I was trying to talk to my grandma and I I can only hit the record button and I'm so sorry. I didn't mean it. See you for a good night.
As someone who's tried a lot and suffered quite a lot with all the mental health aspect You know I I always do go back to exercise that is my absolute go-to There's nothing that helps more than just regular exercise doesn't have to be a blood-hard workout every day but just getting your body moving, getting exercise in and then meditation That's work if you have the discipline to do it.
