What's your go-to quick protein snack to make? So today I did not know what to eat So I boiled some eggs and as lunch I spread them on top of two pieces of bread and Then I needed some seasoning because it tasted too simple for me So I put some chili flakes and then different types of spices and it came up pretty good for like a quick snack a quick lunch, what's your favorite thing to make that's protein packed?
You just log the childhood memory of mine because recently I've been making a lot of tonight salads or tuna sandwiches but I remember now when I would eat chicken salads when I was younger because my mom always make them because of how convenient it was it's just literally shredded chicken and everything you put in a tuna salad but the chicken it is so so so good
Oh and then if you like it sweet with some honey in it it's so bomb I love eating that with a bunch of mixed fruits and like you're saying granola especially with honey roasted I just love honey in general so adding is definitely give it a ring definitely gives her that if she kick
Honestly all agree with you on this on 100% because on the days that I cannot cook protein bars or protein shakes will literally save me because I can just substitute that instead of a meal and it'll keep me for and give me exactly what I need
I think it looks really good it kind of looks like there's some cheese on there that you didn't mention cheese but it's probably just the egg yolk for a quick snack I like to eat this protein bar called perfect bar I really like them they're really good
No I didn't add cheese but I didn't mention it that would sound really good especially because today I ate an omelette with cheese and that was so fire so putting that on the on the bread would've been delicious as well and I think I know what you're talking about did you get them from Costco or are they are they supposed to be refrigerated because I got some triple bars that are really healthy for you but they had to be refrigerated I'm not sure if you're talking about those
My go-to protein snack is maybe like some turkey bacon, with like on some jelly toasts and some potatoes that hit. Yeah. So it's probably like my go-to.
This almost sounds like my breakfast this morning except I did not eat chili toast but that something that I have been craving I just like to make my own chili because I know exactly what's in it it's super simple to make and I don't put any sugar because instead of sugar I replace it with dates and it's every time
