And while we're on the subject of water, what are some things that you've done to make, you know, your water intake easier for you throughout the day? One example that I listed was, you know, slicing up strawberries or cucumber, lemon, and putting it into your water to make kind of like an infused water. Also just adding it into like a fun cup. I've bought a few cups that, you know, make it like fun I guess or not fun but just you know you you gravitate towards the cup more so you want to drink more so yeah let me know what do you do to get your water intake.

So I've actually started to drink a lot more water since I got a Condon machine which is alkalized water it just makes me feel so hydrated and I I just like don't need to have as much but I just love the way that the water taste and how it makes me feel whereas before I had that I would actually have to use like a water tracker because it was easy for me to not consume enough water unless I would flavour it with like lemon juice or something like that

That's a good idea. I never think of putting like fruit or stuff like that in my water. Sometimes I do lemon, but usually I feel like if I just put ice in my water I end up drinking a lot more and if I just kind of keep my water bottle with me at all times.

I got one of those water bottles that says the time to drink water and honestly it's made it easier for me to drink water because I'm like I gotta reach the bottom so yeah That's what I do.

So definitely keeping water next to me, next to my bed, next to my desk, and making sure I'm drinking it. today I've already had like about three water bottles of water.

I just drink bottles of water because I get thirsty because I talk too damn much and I talk too damn fast and I talk too damn like this so yeah. And I thought that would be a deal waste too, so yeah

I am honestly that something I struggle with a lot so I just try to have a water available next me wherever I'm sitting in the house wherever I go just to really reiterate like I should drink water you know

I like to carry my bottle everywhere where I go and whenever I sit down to work or study I like to have it next to me and I have a big bottle so it's kind of like obviously hard to miss which is good because it reminds me of like it

I bought some reusable water bottles off of Amazon and they're really used for juicing but I'm using them for water and I just put the the fruit inside of them and I make it in bulk and they're really easy to grab and go and that's just been helping with my water intake.

Oh for me like forcing myself to have a big water bottle because like a small ball is convenient like on a big one is inconvenient so you try and get it done like throughout the day basically

Just put it at your desk and put it at your desk don't touch any other drinks until that is them first and then you can touch other drinks that is the way I discipline myself to drink the water
