Hello my favourite pre-workout is Vega energizer and the açai berry you can get it at like any health food store taste so good and it like gives me such good clean energy and I also love yerba maté and energy drinks they are delicious
My favorite energy drink and I drink it almost daily, at least one, no more than one, is the Elaninu energy drinks. They're just so good, delicious, low calorie, and they don't make me feel jittery at all. And I try to drink those right after lunch, which is right before I work out, and that way I feel like really energized good to go for my workout.
Well don't say we work out as bad as fuck for you if you if you trying to stay healthy and no longer live don't do that pre-workout shit don't even drink energy drinks as it is bad as fuck phone is it cause heart problems and if you're trying to lose weight it's not gonna help so I mean I can't answer this
