So today's my rest day even though I didn't want to be because I wanted to train so I'm gonna be having an active rest day because I still have to listen to my body because it is tired so I'm not gonna be doing much but tomorrow I'm excited to go back because I'm going to be hitting legs and the question is what days do you usually like to have your rest days on
