So Ant-Man and the Wasp Quantumania comes out today. I'm curious, are you excited to go see it? Are you seeing it this weekend? Or do you have Marvel fatigue and you're just like, I'll see it whenever it pops up on Disney+.
Eh, not really. I just want to see the clip where he shrinks in density, that's about it. See what they throw our way in visual effects, that's about it all.
The visual effects in this movie are good, but I can feel like some of the green screeny effects, like where characters that are real try to reach characters that aren't. That shit always bugs me.
I feel like there's kind of a pressure to keep up with all the Marvel movies I feel like that's why I'm watching it rather than I guess maybe actually want to see it, but I really do that at mom
At this point it's just like a tradition to just watch a Marvel movie when it comes out. Not necessarily because like you're excited for it or you really want to see it, but it's just like it's just habit at this point.
I'm hella excited to go see it, really and truly. Um, yes, no Marvel fatigue here. I'm actually need a Marvel rejuvenation because the last few, I don't know, I don't know.
Oh no, I definitely for sure have to be at the theaters the day it comes out. Well, not the day it comes out. I'm going Saturday. But yeah, I'm definitely going and I'm definitely excited.
That's amazing, Edward. Let me ask you a question then. How was it for you, at a person of your age, to have all this MCU stuff finally drop if you've been reading comics for that long?
Let me know your thoughts on the movie when you see it because I haven't really talked to anybody about it besides my wife and I'd like to hear your two cents.
I literally went to go see it last night and it was the best thing I've ever watched. I might be partial, I love Ant-Man, he's my favorite. He's really doing it for people who've lost hope in themselves, like myself, so I find him as an inspiration.
