I am really interested in hearing like what is the I guess average amount of sleep that you get a night and honestly varies for everybody know I'm 22 and at this point I either sleep about I try to sleep at eight but I only sleep about five and up I might take a nap after that button not really and that's really for some reason I can't see more I'll try to sleep but how much do you sleep a night
I tend to get anywhere between four and six hours of sleep at the most. My daughter is autistic and she doesn't sleep well at night, so it makes that kind of hard for me to sleep at night. But yeah, 46 hours, that's it.
So when I drink me some wine I called my phone 99 are you about six hours asleep I know if I'm just over there and I are you about four hours asleep and then on the weekend I get about eight in fact one
I sleep like six or seven hours but the thing is no matter how long I sleep like I can't sleep for a good 12 hours like uninterrupted right then I wake up do whatever I gotta do after a few hours I will be probably tired again I get like fatigued like so easily like I don't know if I'm just a lazy person or like what is wrong with my body but I can sleep for like days on end

I try my hardest to get six to seven hours of sleep just because I want to be able to be energetic the next day and I want to feel good because when you get sleep and you wake of the next day, you feel good, you feel energetic, you feel ready for the next day.
I get my eight hours every single night like sometimes I don't care what is going on, what I'm missing out on, I have to get my rest because if I don't it throws off my entire day, it throws off my mood and I just can't have that. I hate the way I feel when I don't get enough sleep.
For me it depends on a certain balance. Now I have developed something called microsleep. I can sleep for almost an hour. But there are times where my average sleep would definitely be nine hours.
