What are y'all's like go-to like weight loss tips and tricks or like your weight loss meals that like you know that like if you do Those things or eat those foods like they're gonna work like Mine is for my meal preps and my lunch. I don't have a side like I don't have rice. I don't have potatoes I don't have I just have like my protein and then I eat a whole cucumber and I'm usually full from the cucumber and the chicken and then it's just like Like one, like I got protein in from my lunch and like I'm full from the cucumber and I'm hydrated and all that kind of stuff. So I know like once I start eating a cucumber a day, like I'm gonna start losing weight. And then also like doing at least 30 minutes of cardio. Like that's usually like, if I consistently stay up with that, I start losing weight. But yeah, what are y'all's like tips and tricks? Cause I am curious, I do want to add more things into my routine and I would love to just be able to like safely and sustainably lose this weight.
Oh, absolutely. That's ultimately what it all boils down to. Like, that's like the basis of losing weight. It's just like, you know what you gotta do. it's just kind of hard to stick to it and stick with it.
Doing like a really hard cardio class at least twice a week like a spin class or an orange theory class I always lose weight when I do those at least twice a week consistently. That was eating healthy
My co-worker does orange theory and she's been telling me that I need to try it because I'm mostly like a power lifter, bodybuilder, lifter type. And I don't really do too many hit workouts, but she was telling me that like orange theory would like get myself into shape
For me it's actually just finding balance and not worrying too much on the actual scale weight loss and focusing on other points but for sure making sure you get enough water and that's a big thing and meal prepping helps a lot
