How often do you guys work over body? I usually do over body about two days a week. I don't do too much, but make sure I do it at least two times a week. You guys should totally go check out my new TikTok videos. um it's out barely fit

Currently I train upper body twice a week and then I'll do legs 2 to 3 times a week depending on my workout block

That's what my workout split looks like. Um, like Monday, Wednesday, Friday, everybody Tuesday, Thursday, but I do like a hip version with everything.

Right now I train upper body three to four days a week just because I'm not physically allowed to do lower body can much right now. I'm still rehabbing my knee injury. So I just learned how to split up my upper body days.

Usually do twice a week one day is for a chest and biceps and the other is for back shoulders and triceps

That's a good split. I feel like that's what like the average one is for women just like flip flop the days if anything
