Ice baths are really good for real. I mean when I first like, my first time using the ice bath or doing the ice bath I was like, I put my toe in that bitch, tried to eat it easy to it, the whole time I was screaming BAAAGHH! They wish it was cold as fuck.
I honestly do believe in the ice baths. I did a type of like spa like this and it was actually really refreshing after being in hot water for a while so I think they're very beneficial and good for you even though it's freezing.

First things first, we gotta give the proper kudos to Wim Hof. He's the one that really has been making ice bath and cold training a popular thing. all because his wife committed suicide and he wanted to understand suffering.
So I've done cold baths and cold showers and I feel like it builds a different kind of mental fortitude because you can't run away. You gotta face your shit. You gotta face your fears right then and there.
