Okay I'm just wondering what everyone's thoughts are on therapy sessions so do you get therapy sessions and do you find a beneficial because I don't feel like people underwrite them a lot I don't get them done but I've been thinking about it for awhile that maybe it's something that I do want to do because I feel like there's so many times when I just want to talk to someone about like life problems that isn't like either my friend or family like someone that doesn't really know what's going on my life type thing and then I can do is like a clean slate I can literally just explain everything from the beginning arm and then it's like someone stepping outside the box and giving you an opinion I just I don't know I guess they only give opinions but like you know just giving you like a new like frame of mind type thing
I actually just had my first therapy session yesterday and it's a little different because you are talking to a complete stranger about your own problems, but you do feel better afterwards.
I don't, but even if you don't have like trauma or some stuff that you need to fix, it's a really good thing that I believe that many people should do because it can help you a lot and tell you things that you've done wrong, alright? and it'll help you mentally and physically, so yeah, do it.
I don't even know I do get therapy sessions. It's not because I'm slow is because Yeah, I ain't gonna get into it, but that EBP need therapy, like he need hardcore therapy, like that negative gel time in therapy flight 30 years.
