I'm just wondering what motivates you to make healthier choices so what motivates you to eat better or to go to the gym or to just like sleep earlier just to start like actually taking better care of yourself because I feel like for me I feel like when I eat better and when I go to the gym and work out I feel better like I feel like I actually want to do more things and like I feel like I've got energy to do stuff instead of just staying in bed I'm not sure if that's like that for everyone else
Always feel more motivated when someone else around me is working towards the same goals or like the same kind of direction so if my wife was also go on a diet I would be more likely to go on a diet or if I was going with a friend to the gym I would be way more likely to actually go and want to go
For me it's like thinking of the bigger picture I'm trying to add longevity to my life I'm the 30 now and you know I want to be healthy I wanna be able to do all the things with my friends and if I ever do have kids I want to be able to keep a famine just feel good about myself
Because it makes me feel good now and I know that in the future if I'm going for healthier choices like a healthy diet, gym and active life I know that will be healthier in general and I'll look good which is a huge bonus.
To be honest, what motivates me is the fact that I've got my children, my family, so I just think of the longevity of my life itself, to be as healthy as possible and to lead by example, right? And I just think even when you look around, you look at the average person, I don't like to judge but you know it kind of stirs me away from being anything like that person.
What motivates me is having a healthy future so like 1020 years from now like I don't wanna have to look back and be like I wish that I was healthier back then I wish I had taken care of myself I wish I had seen it like the future I kind of wanna be proactive right now so that I'm healthy in the future
I am just the fact that it affects my health in a positive way you know like if you're making a healthier decision it's because you know it's positive towards your health
