I have already done it like a 2,500 steps here at the park today, but this is how I'm I'm getting my workout in for the day.

I swear my kids are my only motivation to actually work out and get outside we went for a three cam walk yesterday to the words the trails my 2 1/2 year-old are awesome she needs top ones

No honestly it's so true I don't have kids but I've got a younger brother that I take out all the time and because they just don't get tired you are not just unconsciously done so much exercise walking around all day

I definitely feel like that. Me, my son, and my little sister went outside today. We decided that it was too cold after about 20-30 minutes came inside and then I sprowsed running up and down the stairs so many times today.

That is awesome and that's like I feel like a fun way to work out like I hate working out like going to a gym or just like being on the treadmill I just feel like it's so the time just drags on and when I'm like running around with my kids or like going for a walk outside with my kids the time goes so much
