Drinking iced coffee for me is in the long term healthier than pouring a hot cup of coffee because, hear me out, I put way more sugar and creamer in my hot coffee than I do in my iced coffee because in my iced coffee I only put creamer. I don't put sugar because it won't like melt in here. Sometimes I'll make a at-home syrup but I'll make it with less sugar so it's less sugar, but ultimately when the coffee is cold I put less ingredients in it and I just think that's funny. I was just sitting here thinking about that. So I'm wondering if you do the same thing or if you put the same amount of like sugar and creamer and whatnot in both of them.
OK I've never thought about it but yeah because I don't like the grittiness of the sugar in the iced coffee so you know agave would be good to like agave I think that's fine
Yeah that's true using that instead of like making your own sugar or like I've heard people use like honey or a sugar-free maple syrup but maybe that's a Canadian thing
I've never tried Matcha before and I'm really considering trying it do you like it I feel like it's going to be too earthy for me if that makes sense like I have a pallet of a kid of child
So I find hot coffee to be a lot more bitter than iced coffee. So I don't need to put sugar in my iced coffee and I don't put as much creamer in it to compare it to if I were to make a hot cut.
