Snacking during the day is for me. I would rather have little options throughout the day than having to commit to three bigger meals. It's just not appealing to me.
Probably three big meals because if I'm constantly eating six meals and they're not snacks and they're just six meals a day, I'm gonna get tired of eating.
it would have to be three big meals a day if I am eating six meals a day that means I'm thinking about food six times a day and I'm hungry like within two hours hours and that just it's not it's not sustainable for me personally.
I definitely agree. I would rather have six smaller meals because I feel like with three big meals I'll definitely be so hungry waiting for the next meal time to come around and especially Like if you're a person who works out, you know, you're hungry all day long and you need to eat as much as you can in order to get those gains and reach your protein goals.
