So I mail prep every Sunday and I've been making chicken and potatoes. We're just having cooked chicken and whatever side. And ever since it's starting to get warm outside, the fact of heating up my food at lunch is literally stomach turning. And I'm probably going to switch to a turkey sandwich and some veggies or something. Because I literally, the thought of eating hot food on a hot day just makes me sick. So like, do you guys not like to eat hot food on a hot day? Like, I like, if it's hot, like I honestly don't want it. As soon as it gets above like 70 degrees, I just want smoothies and fruit and cucumbers.
I am at depends if I'm sitting outside eating I'll try not to get like a super something but I'm indoors I'll get it but I tend to like my Ramen soup more in the winter and fall that I do in summer
Yeah, I can understand that. I definitely go through soup phases once it's like cold and stuff, but like I'm talking about like it could be 70, 80 degrees outside and I'm inside and just like the thought of eating half of it and make me sick.
Pending on the day where I'm sitting type of deal if I want to turn the oven on I need to say usually not if it's like extremely hot but if it's just like a normal hot summer day then I'm a still make a hot dinner
That's fair. I feel like when it's like closer to the evening time like I can understand that and like I would be more willing to eat something hot but like I don't think I really cook in the summer
So I don't know if you like this or not, but I make like a big batch of pasta salad a lot of the time in warmer weather and just package it up into small containers for lunch.
