Would you rather work out by yourself or be with someone else? I was hearing about this subject a little while ago and it was really interesting to see where everyone was coming from because for me I love working out by myself and I don't mind a group fitness class here or there, but for the most part I just like putting music in my ears doing my own thing getting in and out and getting that good workout in But I know for other people they want someone to hold them accountable. So yeah, I would love to know

I don't know, I feel like when you work out with someone, it pushes you to work out. motivates you.

I feel the same way about you I definitely rather do my own thing and go at my own speed it's not that I'm selfish but I feel more comfortable doing that

I like to go with a group of friends to work out. It's so encouraging and fun.

I have a friend who knows like workouts in the back of his mind every time he shows up knows what body posture we're going to irritate what days were schedules it was honor being with them

I enjoy doing it both ways. I don't have a problem.
