Okay so do you cut your electronics at a certain time or even before bed did you know that doing so can actually help improve the quality of your sleep so if you can't sleep feeling tired I recommend to try going off your phone for 30 minutes before bed and see if it helps you also even drinking a glass of milk before but I find that really helps me get a good night rest if you don't know what to do in that 30 minutes literally reading a book talking to your partner hang with the cats or even wash your face and getting ready for bed makes time go pretty fast

I tried to put them away like 30 minutes before I go to sleep but I usually am up on my phone until like probably 15 minutes before I go to bed which is not ideal.
