Quick story time today when I was at the gym I was doing shoulders and I don't even know what happened but I was carrying the 10 pounder the dumbbells and I don't know how it slipped out of my hands but it fell straight on my foot and hurts so bad I was standing there for a good five minutes I was making no facial reactions cause I didn't want anybody to notice I was just standing there holding in the pain and when I finally checked I was starting to get purple a bit around where my bone is that and it turned red entirely it hurts so so bad
Because I was only doing bike that day while back and buys and the only time I wear any type of special shoes if I do or Dios dad lives or squads and stuff so that was with ours
