So I've decided to do a bit more walking in my life and yeah the reason I've decided to do this is because walking has so much benefits to it and I just wanted to know do you lot think people should be aiming to walk a certain amount a week or a certain distance or whatever let me know what anything.

Yeah, it's good to have like a number of steps that you want to take within a day. I would say especially if you don't go to the gym or anything like that, it's something that you can easily do to keep up with your fitness.

Yeah hundred percent I think working is really important thing to do keeps healthy you know if you develop good work and speak to you can go anywhere safe with your travel

Yeah, I'm trying to do this as well. I'm really bad. I hate walking, but it's good for your health. And I'm trying to enjoy it more. It's always nice, sir. It's always easier when the weather's nice.
