I prefer baths because I find it so relaxing. I love the way it feels. It's super soothing. I love to put bath salts in my bath water, oils, and it's so relaxing to do before I go to sleep.

I am a normal day today I had to take a shower but if I had to choose I had the choice I would prefer to take a bath in my day today but yeah I love that that hole by the candle of the salts that's why I love bath so much is so relaxing
I feel like I'm just so used to showers that I only take showers now, but if I had a big enough bath, I would definitely use it, like with jacuzzi jets, that would be amazing. But I just don't have one that's like nice enough, so I just stick to showers.

I actually didn't know that, but now that you say that, it kind of makes a lot of sense why parents give babies a bath before bedtime. Because babies do stay asleep throughout the night, so that makes a lot of sense.
It's a scientific study that they did where your body needs to drop down a certain amount of points to fall asleep. So when you take a bath, the heat rises out of your skin. So your body is able to cool down that way and you're able to fall asleep.
