So I finally clean my workspace I'm putting it off for so many weeks and I always have put it off today and I told myself I'm gonna do it today because if I put it off again I'm not gonna ever do it but technically I kind of sometimes saying to get overwhelmed and my brain gets in a frenzy on things are cutter or not organized because what is an organized I just feel overwhelmed but with everything to organize my brain put more calm and at peace so I'll try and make it a habit to keep everything around me organize for my bathroom to my cabinets My work spaces so to help benefits of being more organized it helps relieve stress helps me be more productive sleep better increase me time in a healthier lifestyle if I knew how much organization would impact me in a good way I would've became more organized along time ago like my closet is so organized with the little copies I have a load seasoning components in my kitchen and I have all the storage bins in my drawers that I make sure everything is organized where I can find it everything is labeled because it helps me Be more peace and not overwhelm everything has been everywhere is mashie gather so be organized the super helpful
Hey I'm really glad that you got that done and that it helps you I also feel like when I have a clean area I feel a lot better and a little more productive as well
I'm someone who is like really organized so like I'll just put stuff in like spots that I know it's gonna be and just like like organize really well, just so I know where it is and it's easy to find. And it's just better off because you just know where to look.
I love to hear it the funny thing is I wasn't organize originally I'm worried is clean and go but I realized I haven't everything organized make sure makes life so much easier I'll restart be more organized on last year while I have everything in a little categories in Ben's in different shelving components and it really does make a big difference
I agree but it's hard for me to get back to that point I used to be so good so organize so rigid in my structure and planned but it's been really lacking lately I'm a target to get back to a butt and it's a great tactic and I hope you stick with it and everyone else who tries it
I'm for you so I procrastinate a lot and get distracted super easily so may be organized as she helps a lot and some days I do know fall off schedule but like since I made it like a habit and arise how much is beneficial and helps me mentally is like I need to be organized so I think when you actually came to that space again you said to it
