So when you are shopping doing your like day-to-day or daily grocery shopping do you try to stay away from like the processed foods or does it matter to you for me I am eating healthier so I try to stay far far far far away from processed foods only because I know the dangers it is like it's connected to cancer in the biggest one of all is colon cancer and eating processed food is not really that good for your health just because it's premade and have lotta like chemicals and she used to it but another option or another way to avoid processed food as a study eating like canned fruit OK vegetables you can up for eating dried fruit Some frozen fruit or just a fresh fruit by itself or fresh vegetables or the dried vegetables or frozen vegetables is usually go for the frozen vegetables this is last last longer in the freezer that's my go to and also stay away from items as bacon hotdogs and burgers ground beef but they do have a unprocessed version so if you are going to eat that make sure you get the one that is uncured and organic so you could be on the safe side and try to up for whole wheat instead of white whole wheat is a more natural I am bread then white white bread is bleach so it's not natural so yeah
As a broke girl I got to eat what I can to stay alive processed or not as long as I'm in good shape I'm feeling fine and I'm breathing will be mansion whatever it is
So I try to stay away from processed foods but so many things are processed nowadays. It's kind of hard. And not even just that, everything is so expensive. the organic shit is so expensive.
