What is some advice you would give to someone just thought of her fitness journey for me I feel the best piece of advice I can give is stay consistent of it you can have days where you don't wanna go gym but you don't wanna work out but those days I really don't want that can't because if you can stick through that discipline that's when you gonna start seeing improvements in progress the most
I would say that consistency is definitely a key factor when it comes to sliding out on the gym and taking it easy in the very beginning. Don't go overboard and see how your body goes with the motion and get plenty of rest in in between and get a right eye up.
I would give the advice of only weighing yourself once a week, preferably at the beginning of a a week, a Sunday or Monday before you eat anything and all that and just, you know, give Maybe saw some grates.
Yeah you said it right is consistency that's the main thing in the gym like you don't have to push the biggest weights all I tried of the hardest obviously just going to the gym and doing stuff is already like you know agree
Probably the same stay consistent but also focus more on your form than how much weight you're lifting when you first start because that form could lead to like a really bad injury
Definitely just to be consistent in general, I feel like it doesn't really matter if you start small or slow, but as long as you're consistent, that's when you see the biggest results.
