What's going on? These are five examples of anxiety. When you're nervous, when you panic or worried, when your heart rate starts to exceed, when you start sweating out of nowhere, or you just start to feel uneasy. So right, these are normal symptoms of anxiety. It can happen when you're under stress, when you just got out of a relationship. Things aren't going as you wanted at the job. Or, hey, you could be moving from one apartment to the next. But the thing is that you have a choice.
