What is self-improvement and where does it start?

Self-improvement is taking negative habits and eliminating them and adding positive habits. and it starts one habit at a time.

Well I'm a believe in Christ so that's the beginning of self improvement two crates right but on the general term you just need to home but yourself you can't fix what you don't realize is broken
