If you talk to too many people you can have way too much on your plate and it can stress you out with all the options you have and you don't know what you should do
Sometimes you just need somebody to talk to, right? As a matter if they have anything to say back sometimes you just need somebody to listen. So I guess it just depends on who you talk to.
I would say if you have at least one person that you could talk about your most harder problem to process then it does help with anxiety. Kind of like but they need to be non judgmental. Kind of like a therapist in a way.
