More often than not I'm hearing this I can buy my own flowers I can pay for my own things I'm independent in this mindset is mainly procured in women these days but just wanna tell you that being able to pay your bills on a car pay rent take yourself I'll get your nails done by your own flowers that's called being an adult and being independent and adult is not a flex in fact you shouldn't really be dating somebody who's not independent that being said generals should exist and men and women have their benefits to each other in different aspects

I think most women have to be independent because the other option is stating a bum, period. These young guys nowadays are not in a place to support a woman. So yeah, we gotta do it ourselves.

Perhaps not on a date, but it absolutely is a flex otherwise, hence why people get so up in their feelings when women in particular can say these things. And in this economy, being able to pay your own rent by yourself without struggling, without needing 50-50 is not called being an adult. It's called being in a completely different socioeconomic class. the flex and the tears.
