Years ago I would always wake up in the middle of the night because I was so thirsty but I try to drink my chamomile and peppermint tea about an hour and a half latest before I go to sleep that way I don't wake up anymore but I do prioritize drinking water first thing when I wake up with some salt so I feel like it's been better know it's deafly important to drink first in the morning but yeah do any of you guys do that or not really
I do drink water first thing in the morning and I take it with my probiotic so I'll drink a tall glass of Canyon alkaline water and my probiotic just to kickstart my digestive system get that good gut bacteria in there and just get my day going
Yep for a couple years now I always drink at least 8 ounces of water when I wake up if I ever forget I always feel off so I always drink my water in the morning
I do the same but yet I have two drinks with me I'll have like a warm drink and a water so I either added the water first and follow up with it with the tea or coffee or take the coffee or tea first and then jog down some water after
