So I tried chia seeds only one time before. I saw TikTok where they said to put it into the green tea. I tried it, it was so gross. The texture of the chia seeds was disgusting and it grossed me out and I have not tried it since then but I didn't think to put it into a smoothie so I think I want to try it. I'm going to give it another shot and I'm going to put into a smoothie and hopefully that helps with the texture because I can't get past the texture of the chia seeds. It's so gross to me.
