I'm not a powerlifter, but I do have some goals at the gym. This year I am determined to get 135 for my bench press and hopefully get 315 for deadlift. And my squat, I am working to get 225. I just like having those goals. I feel like once I hit those, I don't know if I'm gonna try to PR for more because I'm not like competing or anything right now. But yeah, those are just some nice goals that I have. Do you guys have any goals like that at the gym?
