Oh that's me for sure I go through phases but when I'm like hooked him fucked I'm trying to break the habit now so I'm gonna go watch this thank you for sharing

You're welcome. I really hope it helps but when you talk about you go through phases I don't know if that's your hormones because mine does that. So if it's your hormones Then it's just like PMS premenstrual syndrome. Try eating lots of fun protein during that time and lots of veggies oh my god it works it's lots of meat chicken and veggies it curbs that sweet craving

Thanks for sharing this tip I'm deathly gonna go check it out I definitely have a sweet tooth and another tip I don't know what the video says but another tip that I learned is you're not getting enough fruit in your diet because the fruit is sweet and if you were getting enough fruit you might not want that extra sugar or be craving it at least

Firstly, you're welcome. I'm glad. Secondly, yes, the doctor did mention fruits. You should definitely watch the video. I think it's a short. It's YouTube shorts. It's really really short. The doctor does talk about fruits but watch it and let me know if you try and if it helps.
