How can I start journaling and make it a daily habit? I have seen a lot of people in the internet doing it. I don't even know how to start. Like I feel like I want to do it with pen and paper, not like digitally, but I don't know what time of the day if it is supposed to be at the end of the day. Like I don't know. I'm just a little unorganized, so I would like to receive some advice from the people that are already doing it.

I would say that you can make it a habit with setting one exact hour of the day and set an alarm or something.

I personally feel like there is no specific rules as how you should journal. You can just try and see what works best for you. And at any time when you're free you can just try it out.

I suggest buying a journal that has daily prompts. Now you want to make sure that the prompts actually interest you, so you do it.

Also, there's no way around this. You're going to have to make a decision to journal every single day. And you're going to have to keep making that decision every single day. As long as you make the decision, you will journal that day.
