I really good tip if you're experiencing some hormonal or stress related hair loss or thinning is to use products that have rosemary oil in it so I've made my at home DIY rosemary oil by just soaking rosemary leaves in olive oil and just letting it settle for a good week and a half to 2 weeks so that it's properly infused or you can also buy products if you want to go the whole natural way which I personally recommend because the power of natural extracts is incredible you can buy products that have rosemary oil in them or you can make your own rosemary oil or have like a Mr. of like some water alkaline water with some rosemary essential oil And you'll notice a difference if you're consistent with it and use it about twice a week before you shower you can put it in your scalp and massage it overnight and then wash it out the next day and it's really affected because rosemary oil has been shown to block the molecule that tends to not damage the hair follicle completely all natural no side effects and if you're consistent with it for at least 30 to 60 days if you're using the soil twice a week or you're missing your hair with rosemary water you'll notice the difference for suite you'll notice is that your hair sitting slows down and then if you're consistent continually you may notice even more hair growing now this is just a recommendation I can't make any claims but this is what I've noticed and I've also seen tons of other women And even men as well who have testified of the benefits of using rosemary oil

You know I've actually been seeing more and more people talk about using rosemary oil for hair setting and hair loss and I think I'll look into it because I have definitely lost a lot of hair like it's been sitting like crazy and I couldn't tell if that was just from like extreme weight loss being stress like stressing the body out or maybe it is genetics I have no idea but I'm gonna try this and try to save what hair I can save
