My boyfriend and I were talking the other day about whether we preferred to either drink our veggies or eat or veggies and we both came to the same resolution that we eat or veggies instead but we do know people that like to make their green juices or red juices and just put their veggies in that and that's how they perverted you get so they don't have to tastic brown coat but what do you prefer to do do you prefer to drink them or do you prefer to eat them
Do you know what you're onto something because I think you're right because I'm terms we are we just have to check our minds into thinking that we're eating more so the more that we chew the more we think we're getting full but if we drink a glass of anything we just think we just think that it's like a regular glass of water a juice so we're still remaining hungry you're onto something
I'm not gonna lie, I've never ever tried to drink my vegetables. And I don't think I've ever willed cause I just think I'll puke or something. So yeah, like I'm gonna just stick to eating them. I think that's the right way to go about it as well.
I'm with you on this one because when I was younger my mom would always make us drink these green juices or there's these red juices I had some beats in them and to this day I still cannot touch a beat from Howard Johnson as I am from when I was younger it's just it doesn't go right to be drinking your veggies I mean there's some juices are good I'm not even gonna lie about that but then there's others that not urgent I just rather eat them

So as much as I do love eating vegetables a lot of them I have a hard time digesting properly and so typically if I add a couple veggies links spinach not lasagna crazy To a smoothie you know with some fruit or I mean there are some veggies link like a salad I can eat no issue but like spinach can't digest it to save my life and smoothly no problem
I love your response I get you 100% because there are some foods that your body simply just can't digest and when you do mix them in a blender when you called when you mix some of the fruits or anything you're saying spinach berries your body can easily digest that because it's not harsh for in the morning and doesn't find it hard to to go through your system so I get your point
I prefer to eat my veggies like I love some zucchini broccoli onions asparagus whatever it is I love the crunch so the texture is really nice for me but definitely prefer to eat them rather than drinking
Oh girl you got me hungry because all I was thinking about or vegetable sauté it on a pan with some type of protein on the side and all the veggies that you mentioned I am in love with and that's all that's all I thought about but yeah I get you when you're saying that you prefer that crunch because it just says it taste so good
I like both a depends what mood I'm in if I don't mind eating them I would eat them but if I'm in the mood of not eating healthy then I rather make a juice or a smoothie and it's not like I'm juicing asparagus it could be just like carrots celery with a green apple or something very simple doesn't have to taste in a horrible I am but yeah I can do both
I love your answer because it's not really lean towards one or the other but you're very you can choose from how you're feeling on what you want to eat so windy but he's ugly how you said it if you don't feel healthy but you still want to give your body those nutrients you mix it with a couple of fruit and it feels it just taste like such a good smoothie but when you are feeling kind of nutritious you just eat them and it gives you the same amount of vitamins and minerals
So when I got some broccoli I had to eat that whole because like I don't hate the saying when you drink it I love stirfry broccoli with little bit of French dressing but I love eating it plain as well and for all the other veggies I like I like it better fresh end when it's hole because you can actually taste the flavor get nutrients but I'll drink the smoothie if I don't have time to eat raw fruits and veggies hole or if I didn't recover it into my dinner but most like it
