Are you in a bulk or a cut right now? For me personally I'm in more of a bulk Or actually I'm in more of a reverse diet, but my main goal is to put on mass So I am slowly increasing my calories, but not doing it to an extent where I'm packing on like 200 calories weekly because I want to keep a lean physique because I'm going away in a few months. So I want that lean physique but a good amount of muscle. I don't want to be cutting to where I can't maximize my performance and gain as much muscle as possible. down below which phase you're in right now.
