So I've been told that like I'm crazy for this but the majority of the time I prefer my workouts being fasted like you know running off of straight endorphins like no food no caffeine just like your endorphins and your thoughts and your emotions I don't know I just get a different vibe when I do that and it feels like so much more intense and people call me crazy for it but I feel like it's a lot more common than people think am I crazy like please let me know
I mean the only thing I already have before and during workouts is the water I don't usually have caffeine in it I'm going for a PCR on the lips mother was a joke overall
You're not crazy cause I just same thing like the only thing I do have do is just like water like dust only thing and after that I'll either eat or get a snack or something but usually like I just like my workouts to be fasted as well
I do fast workouts quite often and weightlifting but I find myself struggling a little bit I'm feeling a bit weak compared to when I go during the day after Bignall we have a lot more energy
I am in the Penn Jillette in the morning and I'm doing the morning workout for the fasting receive in the evening I will be eating but I would like to eat three hours before
I mean, power to you, but I don't know how I would ever do that. Every time I go to my trainer and I haven't eaten before, I always feel like I'm going to bloody faint. So, geez, I don't know how you do that.
Yes fasted workouts because you're an empty stomach you're not like struggling to stay active and when it's fasted you have like more energy and you just woke up or I am or throughout the day and you just have the energy
I can't know how I get what you mean. I literally just write now. I went to do a cardio session, literally running on nothing but water. Yeah, it's right though. I do get like a different level of intensity. I feel like I burn more calories.
