I feel like your metabolism is really influenced by how often you're eating so personally I try and eat three larger meals a day and then usually like one snack throughout the day but that's just what works for me

Bad metabolism and have a bad eating habit so sometimes it could be zero times a day or once yeah I'm just completely honest I don't eat breakfast I don't eat lunch

I'm always hungry, so I eat three to four meals a day and I have a snack in between each one.

I'm not great at getting up and having a breakfast so I typically have a two meals like bigger meals like a lunch and dinner and then I do like snack throughout the day I'll have like a smaller breakfast

Yeah, I mean I've gone from E in three meals a day to two now so I don't eat breakfast. I think fasting from Ramadan really helped with that so now I'm just going to two meals a day. So I would say like a big lunch and a smooth dinner at the end of the day.
