So I have some friends whose kids swear by them but as the link for the adults they don't take them and I have tried them before and they didn't work for me I don't know I feel like a tetanus

I like what you said that you give me a hit or miss because it really is like that because I have some friends that I do take melatonin but there's some that works for them and then there's others I just do not work at all
