So guys I wanted to find out what is the one area you struggle to go to for me at the moment is my shoulders Past 34 really struggling so By the way but in general what is one like body for you struggle to grow let me know

I struggle to grow my quads specifically. I think I'm just more glute and hamstring dominant when it comes to squats and deadlifts. And I just don't enjoy, you know, working my quads as much, so I think that would be my biggest struggle.

For me I struggled to make progress on my back definitely hundred percent that might be because like I'm deafly does it wrong but yeah deafly back

I would definitely say it's my shoulders that struggle to grow I don't know if this mean or not not working them up properly but yeah and it was always seem to get injured for some reason but your shoulders are weak point of me
