I was on my TikTok and I was on my for you page and I landed I landed on this trend called water talk so basically what it is it's just a liquid diet so there's a lot of people saying that work for them but they're losing a lot of weight but the reason I think that losing a lot of weight is because this liquid diet means you can only drink liquids so you're not really taking any carbs protein any of that any any of that that your body needs I think but it can be harmful for your body and ache on the long run it would generate some side effects but what do you think about it
I've heard this can work for some, I personally haven't tried it, but I know it can work for some people, so do your research and do what's best for your body. I think we're all different and yeah, do what works for you.
Yeah most definitely before anybody should get into any diet they definitely have to do the research and see if their body agrees with that or not because if the body does agree with him perfect you know by all means go for it but if it doesn't then there's also a other alternative that you can take for it
I think it's like fine if you're trying to do it for like a short term reason like you have an event or something that you need and you want to look your best or whatever for that day like I think that's different than like drinking it every day and and only that every day, because long term that's not good for you.
Yeah I agree I think for like a one day detox it's fine because there are like really good effects of fasting in juice detoxes they don't think they're sustainable long-term like I think one day the most is like fine
Right, so I've heard of waterfoss which is okay I guess for two or three days but if you're doing this liquid diet say as a long term diet then definitely I can expect some side effects from it. It's just the body needs nutrients over time.
I don't know if I could get behind this I feel like the joy of food is that you can feel the textures and to taste them instead of just down in your food I don't I mean I can see someone doing it as a detox for like couple days but I don't know I don't think people should be doing it as part of their lifestyle
It's basically giving starving yourself which I don't advise if you wanna lose weight honestly just how smaller meals or late healthier meals to be honest
I was thinking that probably could be harmful for your body but I'm not sure because can you like game proteins from certain like smoothies or whatever like protein smoothies so I guess it is a pens
