How do you guys get the motivation to work out again when you like went on vacation or when you went somewhere and you're trying to get back into your normal routine? Like what's your go to? How do you reset the vibes in terms of like exercise? need some help with this motivation. But, you know, it's also a weird time of the year, So any tips you got, bring them my way.

Get your ass up, you go to the mirror, pull that shirt up and look down or look in front of the mirror. That's more than enough motivation to get your ass up and get back to working out. the next day of course when you get ladies again.

Stephanie, not to poo poo on this suggestion, but I hate the goal setting thing. I think people should work out just because it's good for you, it's good to move your body every day and it's general health, right? Like you need to. I think my problem is like there's not enough instances in the day where we're encouraged to move, right? Like if you're working or like errands, it's like everything's done so you don't have to do those things. it's like, it's kind of tough.

The way my body feels in my clothes, that's always motivation and swimsuit season. That's always motivating.

Yeah, that's true Pixie. I'm like, I have these two suits and they like don't the pants don't fit like the coats are fine But the pants are like getting too tight And I'm just like I don't want to go and get them let out because that's like sad because I got them a year ago Literally like a year ago I had them and they were fine. So it's like sad times

That's the other thing. It's the economical thing because it's like, no, I just got these not too long ago and it's like I don't want to get a new pair. And then it's always the pants. Always the pants.

I just got a reminder self to take it day by day nothing happens in a day so if you just take a slow and just don't worry about getting back just worry about getting into the routine instead I thought that's how I do it

I like that mic. It's just about making time each and every day. It's not about It's just about stringing a bunch of little wins together. It's not about like Staying on a program. I guess although that that is what happens when you have a routine I get what you're saying, but yeah, it's tough.

You literally just go. Like I'm about to go to the gym today after a week of being sick and the only thing I can do is literally just show up. And also play some bomb ass music to make you feel good about yourself I just go from there.

I am currently struggling with this now. I went on vacation like two or three weeks ago And I have not worked out since and so I said today I'm gonna go which is crazy that this is your sound **** My motivation is that it feels good outside and I'm trying to look fine and settle in the summer And that's all I got for now If it's cold in the fall and winter I I like motivation just simply because of the weather, but yeah, the weather is a huge factor.

Weather is a huge factor rave. I feel you about looking good for the summertime, but it's just been a terrible winter for everybody, I think. And yeah, I also went on vacation and like, ugh, I'm gonna do it. I'm gonna, your sound **** reply, I'll do some push-ups, I'll do some sit-ups today we'll get this train started again.

This is me assuming you went to another place and can have some food trips and drinks and when you come back you get a couple pounds cause that's usually what happens with me and I just mean getting away is enough motivation for me to go back if it was more than a week or two it usually is a little hard to get back into it but I say the first week just go a little lighter and then when you get back into it you're into

Yeah, Christina, I actually took like one of those quizzes and it was like your body mass index is overweight and that's like That hit me hard because I'm like I'm like not a Big guy by any means like if anything I'm on the smaller side and it's just like to have BMI thing be like you're overweight take care of it. It's like that hits you hard, you know And it's not even I don't even think like weight is a big deal. It's just like the proportion, right? It's like keeping the proportionality. That's the tough

I would start off by, you know, taking a good look at yourself in the mirror and why do you want to go back into working out again? You've got to think of your future self, you know, as opposed to your current self and what your finish goals are, whatever that may be. but even on vacation I would even suggest working out to the extent of doing things like push-ups and things like that you know just to keep maintenance

Yeah, Eric, the like just the push-ups sit-ups alone like I think can go wonders, especially when you're on vacation because It's not it's not that you're like moving your body excessively It's just that like you're you're keeping your body like used to that movement, right? Because like now the thought of a push-up like fucking sucks

There's a great question the only way I can motivate myself to work as if I tell myself I need to get stronger I don't know what I am getting stronger for but if I tell myself I'm getting stronger then I'll go work out I am not motivated by like looking better whenever people motivation songs by way of getting stronger
