Strip malls, love it or listed, this is a San Fernando Valley born exclusive. So like, you know, Maldredine, I think we all know that, but I think, you know, the rise or, you know, the potential savior of like the American economy when it comes to like going to places is the strip mall, right? Like, where else can you go to a phone store, an ice cream shop, a vacuum cleaner shop, all in the same place, right? It's got to be the strip mall. There's no other central location for a random occurrence of businesses. It's only the strip mall and you only got eight parking spots for it to be a real strip mall. So it's going to be really confusing. There's a sign that says two hour parking but you don't really know who enforces it so it's really confusing. And no matter where you go in the country, they all kind of look the same. So yeah, do you like them? You love them? You hate them? Should we list them?
