You're someone who struggles with anxiety depression stress mood regulation or just overall no sense of mental clarity try mindfulness meditation recent studies have proven that it reduces the symptoms of both anxiety and depression by 40% and another study found that just an eight weeks of practicing mindfulness you can improve the symptoms of all of those things significantly so this is definitely something I'm gonna be trying and I just wanna know if you guys have tried it before how it worked for you and if you will be trying it in the future

I also think it's important to know that there's so many different ways to be mindful and not all of us do you mindfulness in the same way you know so everybody can find their own way to do it

That's definitely such a good point whatever works for you one with it mindfulness does not need to be in meditation I guess I'm taking two bra of a term for meditation it's more of a quietness of thoughts and just thinking and being with yourself

I I don't know it's never really something that I'm looking to do because I just really don't wanna clear my mind because I find it a bit dangerous to be honest

I'm so happy to hear that that's completely awesome that like real world examples numbers facts and figures are one thing but hearing from a person that it actually works and it's actually help them is something completely different
