The standings training for the first time yesterday and that was after I did 30 minutes of cardio just walking on the treadmill and incline and like a five minute Pilates to have routine but trust me when I tell you I am a sore I'm so sure today I'm like crippling at least sore I don't wanna move but I'm it was fine if have more cow and expert I got tips let me know

Yes calisthenics is calisthenics it's like body weight training so like when people do pull ups pull ups muscle ups push-ups anything that you're using the body your body as the resistant force ring is calisthenics it's really cool look it up it's CAL I STH annex
