Quick story time today when I was at the gym I was doing shoulders and I don't even know what happened but I was carrying the 10 pounder the dumbbells and I don't know how it slipped out of my hands but it fell straight on my foot and hurts so bad I was standing there for a good five minutes I was making no facial reactions cause I didn't want anybody to notice I was just standing there holding in the pain and when I finally checked I was starting to get purple a bit around where my bone is that and it turned red entirely it hurts so so bad

Oh my gosh, you should go get that checked out and make sure no bone is like fractured or broken. I hope you feel better.

Yeah is the first thing I did when it happened was move around my toes cause I just got I got really scared because I thought that I broke my my big toe but thank God everything's OK

Thank you yeah yesterday I was talking to somebody to and she mentioned that she dropped a 45 on her toe and that her nail came off it was a scared me so that's why I kept on paying attention tell me if it was

Oh my gosh you poor thing you need to go and get it checked out I remember seeing this girl drop a dumbbell on her toe in the gym and she took her shoe off and their toe was bleeding it was so bad

I've seen and heard so many of these experiences too so the first thing that I did was take out my sock and checked for any bleeding but now everything's OK thank God

Yeah I was giving it a couple of hours to rest I was just resting the whole time because I didn't feel anything broken and I could still walk normally obviously with atenolol and because it would hurt but thankfully it's better now

Honestly, I did feel like crying. But I just... It was packed that day that it happened. The gym was really packed, so... I know all those people since I've been working there for years. for years, that was not about a bus stop crying.

Yeah thank you I do feel better yesterday I was hurting today it's not really hurting that much anymore like I can put my shoes on without it being painful but it was one of my biggest fears until I realize that I'm super clumsy now I just wanna be more careful

Girl, I hope you are okay because that sounds so painful. I've done, I've dropped dumbbells before but not anything crazy and I had to just act super normal like it didn't hurt but it hurts so friggin bad so I hope you're okay.

Ouch, that sounds so painful. Do you know if you broke your foot or not? Or like, are you okay? because that's happened to someone that I know, they dropped the dumbbell on their foot and they actually broke it.

I know some girl that I know she dropped a 45 on her foot too and it didn't break but her whole nail came off it was crazy but no thank God it didn't break it was just bruised but it's better now

I'm glad your foot's not broken because I really would suck. But one time I dropped a plate and thankfully, thankfully, I got so lucky because it hit the part of my shoe that my toe wasn't in like the very tip tip tip of my shoe and my life.

Honestly, literally ever since then, I have kind of just made sure I've had extra room in my shoes, especially when I'm at the gym, because I am terrified of like breaking my foot or something and then not being able to do anything for us.

Okay, I think what you should do from now on is build yourself up off those machines, not the free weights. Use a machine first, build up your shoulders that way. I should know build up your grip strength that will help as well.

I know I've been going to the gym for years already but the reason I don't use machines is because I messed up my shoulders and swim and since you can only do one range of motion sensor both that way the machine that's why use dumbbells now but I don't know how I slept

Oh no the grading I think if I extinguishers way more heavy then a 10 pound them that's that that's paying for age of mine on my phone but imagine straight on your toes now that's gotta hurt
