When you feel sore or feel like cramp coming in what's your favorite way to alleviate it to just stretch or to foam roll I recently started to foam roll and it hurts so bad but it does a trick
I normally will stretch first and then foam roll at the end because I don't like foam rolling right at the beginning before my muscles are warmed up. it just kind of hurts.
Right I've tried different types of fungal foam rolls but they are just heard they are y'all I mean we all do what you Gotta do they put in the work where you need them to put in the work but dang you need to definitely warm up first so I won't hurt as much
So I have this one foam roller that kind of has like different indentations and like cuts into it So like when you're rolling on it, it's not flat it's kind of bumpy and honestly That is my favorite thing to use for my back and my quads because it puts different points of pressure on.
No way I didn't even know that was a thing like I knew they were full foam roll that have bumps on them but I've just seen them individually I didn't know that one of them can have a lot of different sides I'm a little bit Amazon I need it
I love mine. Mine has like, it kind of spirals around the thing, but it will go from like thicker cutout sections to like little tiny bumps. So like when I roll on it, it just hits differently been like a solid foam roller.
So I actually think the one I have now I got from five below. I'm not 100% sure. I do know they have foam rollers there but if you just look on Amazon like I'm sure you'd be able to find something, mine's just like short.
Five below is a very underrated place because I've gone to go look around and I found some really dope fitness that I got a matter the other time to stretch and it works of work
I love 5Blo for random stuff like that. I got a 6 or 7 pack of resistance bands for like $5. I got my yoga mat from there and I think I got the foam roller from there. But like, anytime I just like, need something random, The
Yeah you're right I usually stretch to but I just had a form rolling and it just it's a different type of pain but it still relieves any type of cramp I have
Yeah same here I use foam rolls maybe on my heavy like these or on the heavy boxes other than that if I'm doing anything late I still haven't incorporated them yet
That's what I would always do but I had to figure out something different because I just like to weird I get these random cramps in between my hamstrings and glutes when I want to do our deals are dead lives and it just hurt
Oh my gosh yeah same for me I'll because like to be honest I just be stretchy I never really use a formal because I don't know but stretching is how I alleviate if not I'd run
We're definitely a step ahead of me because I do not like running I run sometimes but that was last year other than that I yeah I just stretch and foam rolling it can hurt but I put in the work
Personally, I go with the stretch because every time I use any sort of foam roller or like a handheld roller, I feel like I'm gonna like have to amputate my leg. It feels like hell for some reason.
That was me last year because whenever I went to pull my Wi-Fi like I was doing a wrong thing just how much it hurt until I saw someone foam rolling at the same gym that I go to and they were just in pain I was like oh yeah I'm doing all right
So I actually hate foam rolling but it is what I do more frequently because I feel like it helps me more to get like knots out or something versus just stretching.
Yes this is the reason why I do it because regular stretching will not get any type of knot out but from foam only whenever I do formerly back my legs it it gets the spot
