Do you foam roll I do occasionally honestly it's one of the best ways to relax your muscles and you know if you're feeling sore arm from rolling definitely helps relieve that so if you don't femoral I definitely do recommend it
foam roll I like it although it hurts a lot I think it helps me recover faster and after doing it for a while you know doesn't hurt as much anymore unless I stop.
I definitely don't but I should I literally bought it from a lawyer like a couple months ago and I have used it once the day I bought it and so I definitely need to use it more especially as I get older my muscles begin like messed up
