Do you foam roll I do occasionally honestly it's one of the best ways to relax your muscles and you know if you're feeling sore arm from rolling definitely helps relieve that so if you don't femoral I definitely do recommend it
I personally do not formal but I shouldn't to help out river with recovering I know if I'm rolling does tremendous job with recovery I heard a lot from people when they do from roll and it just get those hard knots out
It's funny that you say this because I'm about to have my first physical therapy session and I know they're gonna tell me to use a foam roller. So that's cool that it works because I've been wondering.
