As far as postpartum care one thing that I was not expecting at all was hair loss I lost so much hair I have a lot of damaged hair still to this day two years after having my youngest son and my youngest child and I was just so surprised and I was not expecting pretty much everything to be affected by having a child did anyone else have hair loss after having a child or was it just me

So I actually didn't experience hair loss. Like that was just one thing I didn't experience.

I did experience postpartum hair loss. I think I still am going through it and I'm also getting a lot of new growth because I'm taking up my prenatals for my current pregnancy but I didn't get it bad as a bald spot it was just a no-
